Welcome to the Wizard!
This program will determine the ending date of Medicare coverage for a Disability Wage Earner who has returned to work. By entering a few dates you can determine this date in situations involving the new Ticket To Work and Work Incentives Act. The Disability Medicare Wizard is not a substitute for, nor does it replace determinations made by the Social Security Administration.
It is recommended that you read the instructions for this Wizard, which are available from the Wizard Help link at the top right of this page.
